Mark’s personal experience spans over 35 years in custom home construction – beginning with his carpentry trade apprenticeship in Sydney, Australia where he was fortunate to kick off his career creating unique & bespoke custom homes in Sydney & the exclusive Hunter Valley Region. Mark went on to start his own company, NSM Construction, in Mammoth Lakes, CA; later relocating to Lake Tahoe in 2006 in order to position the company & himself for greater creative fulfillment; afforded by the broader opportunities as a General Contractor of Custom Homes within the Lake Tahoe / Truckee / Nevada region. Mark takes great pleasure in participating in & seeing each home come to completion.

Kyle is a highly valued associate of NSM Construction. His dedication and passion for his profession has afforded him the opportunity to be a principal of NSM. Through his early career he gained experience in many different trades within the industry which led him to achieving a Masters Degree in Construction Management at Purdue University. Kyle has been managing custom home building in the Lake Tahoe area since 2009. From preconstruction to project delivery Kyle administers the overall operations of NSM. He touches every facet of the process from the internal workings, to client interactions, and trade partner relations. His leadership is consistently portrayed through his communication and teamwork. What he values most is contributing to the growth and success of each individual team member. If you do not find him in the office preparing for the next project or in the field on a job, you can find him enjoying the outdoor pursuits of Lake Tahoe or spending time with his daughters.
