Services include regular walk throughs, covering standard checklist items such as hydronic systems (checking furnaces and filters), security and egress (property is weather-tight), landscaping maintenance along with re-painting and staining of interior and exterior surfaces. We aim to be proactive; to identify and anticipate maintenance requirements in order to minimize impact and costs.
Additionally, we offer concierge services; seasonal tasks such as snow removal, clearing of rain-gutters and property winterization. All services and frequency of attendance can be customized to your personal needs and unique property requirements. It is offered to previous construction customers and new ones alike.
