We have remodeled homes several times before, and we have to say that this has
been by far our best experience working with a contractor to date.   If Mark also
worked in the Los Angeles area, we would hire him in a heartbeat to remodel our
home in Manhattan Beach.  He’s trustworthy, dependable, easy to work with,
attentive to our needs, responsive to our requests, and always kept us informed.
  His work was great.  We were very impressed with the workmanship and the quality
of his workers. 

Prior to starting the addition of the solarium, he rescued us when we had a major
leak from our roof.  We were in Los Angeles, and when our house was becoming
flooded, he took care of our emergency, protecting furniture, fixing the roof,
replacing closet cabinetry, drying out carpets, fixing dry wall, etc.  We don’t know
what we would have done without his help. 

Mark just made remodeling easy.  He’s easily reachable by phone or e-mail.  He
was so quick to respond.  We knew he would and could take care of everything with
the best quality.  Whenever we were indecisive and made late changes, Mark’s
response was always, “No problem” and he would make the change immediately.
  He was such a pleasure to work with and we would work with him again. 

He’s also neat!  It was a pleasure to come to our home during construction and find
it orderly.  He was very considerate and wanted to make sure that we were happy
with his work.   And happy, we are, we love our solarium!

If you are looking for someone who says what he’ll do, and then does what he says,
then we would recommend Mark Neave.  He’s just very dependable and does
quality work.
