Nathan Riedel – Project Manager
With a passion for all thing construction Nathan has immersed himself in the industry. A general contractor in his own right and with a family history in construction, Nathan brings experience and leadership that is critical to his role at NSM. Nathan is responsible for maintaining the project schedule, interacting with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers and clients. His ability to meet deadlines and his meticulous attention to detail are evident on very NSM project.
David Ariza – Superintendent
As the son of a successful contractor, and with 25 plus years as a contractor in his own right David brings a life time of construction experience to the NSM Team. His reputation within the area and the local construction industry as a builder is unrivaled. David oversees all daily on-site operations, no detail or opportunity to improve the product is missed. David’s knowledge of all sub-trades and his ability to provide a productive work environment for them allows for a seamless and timely project.
Julie Johnson-Holland – Interior Design

Zachary Bierwolf
Zachary Bierwolf, a UCLA alum, is a detail oriented member of our construction team. For ten years, Zach was a project manager for his father’s construction firm in the Monterey Bay area. His specialties, include fine woodworking, high-end finish carpentry, detailed cabinet installation, and is a meticulous tile setter. Zach’s is an experienced project manager, and he is capable of completing any phase of a construction project on time and on budget. He is a good communicator, ambitious, and relishes in any challenge that comes his way. Zach’s duties include - estimating and material take offs, sub-contractor supervision, job site supervision and lead interior finish supervisor. Zach is a welcome addition to the NSM Construction family.
Robert Ellis
Robert’s construction resume dates back more than twenty years, with an emphasis on framing and custom finish work. Robert’s ability to complete projects on time and within budget are a testament to his commitment to each and every project. Robert’s duties include – estimating and material take offs, job site supervision, job site co-ordination and Lead framing crew supervisor.
Melissa Ritti – Administrative Manager
Melissa is the NSM Administrative Manager, overseeing all administrative processes. An integral member of the NSM team, Melissa is charged with creating and maintaining company policies and procedures, daily interaction with project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers, tracking job costs and providing clients with a comprehensive statement of their projects.
Melissa earned her BA in Psychology & Art from the University of Vermont and is continuing her education at Sierra College focusing on Accounting. With over 5 years of administrative office experience in the advertising and event management industry, Melissa’s multi-tasking skills, her attention to detail, along with her natural enthusiasm will prove invaluable to the NSM team and our clients.
