Mark Neave, NSM Founding Principal – General Contractor:

With a family history long steeped in the building industry, it’s no surprise that Australian native Mark Neave became a building apprentice at age 17. He honed his skills remodeling exclusive Sydney Harbor and beachfront properties, as well as boutique Estates in Australia’s premier wine region, The Hunter Valley.

Eager to expand his building repertoire, Mark set his sights on the United States where he has developed a successful construction company with offices in Mammoth Lakes and Truckee, California. Serving the Eastern Sierra, as well as the San Francisco Bay area, NSM has an ever-expanding roster of custom remodels, additions and new home projects to its credit.

Susanna Neave, NSM Co-founding Principal:

With a natural aptitude for general office administration, Susanna Neave is an incredible asset to the NSM culture.
