and creative construction techniques. NSM has a broad
variety of capabilities, including Custom Re-models, New
Construction, Additions, Planned Unit Developments as
well as Interior and Exterior projects.

Past projects include the re-modeling of numerous Sydney
Harbor and beach front properties and a boutique winery in
Australia's unique Hunter Valley vineyards.They continue
their work here in North America throughout the Town of
Mammoth Lakes, Truckee and the surrounding Eastern Sierra,
having completed over 75 custom re-models, several new
additions and 2 planned unit developments (Red Slate –
125 Davison Rd & Joaquin Estates- 493 Joaquin St).
